We require a credit card on file for all appointments to secure your allotted time with the technician. Please let us know 48-hrs prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will make sure you do not get charged a cancellation fee. When you make your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to adhere to our policies. We reserve the right to not schedule future appointments to any customer who has not adhered to our cancellation policy. However, clients are more than welcome to walk in for services.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all Microblading and Ombré brow procedures which will be used towards your semi-permanent eyebrow service. You may reschedule with 48 hours notice one time. There after you forfeit your deposit in full. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service
We only honor one groupon per client per year. If you have more than one groupon, you will be asked to pay an up-charge for the services due to the extensive fee groupon charges the office. You may return your groupon however and we can price match ONE time only as a courtesy.
Please kindly arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please text us at 413-409-0838. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.

We may ask your guest(s) to leave and come back in the event that we anticipate a high number of clients. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.
Child Safety Policy
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the boutique. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. Sharp instruments, and a busy area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
